THE WHISKEY MAN”S IRISH WHISKEY

With each cask personally selected by the legend himself The Whiskey Man’s Irish Whiskey offers a unique signature blend of the finest gain and malt whiskies. After distillation these whiskies are then aged in oak casks for 4 to 8 years – yes the Whiskey Man likes to go a step further, maturing the distillate longer so that it absorbs as much flavour as possible from each barrel – before being masterfully blended. Enjoy it neat, on the rocks or with ginger ale and a fresh citrus.

Tasting Notes:

NOSE: Inviting smooth and full-bodied notes of fruit combined with hints of spice.

PALATE: Rich, dry and sweet with undertones of wood. At 46% ABV and non-chill filtered much of the original distillate and cask flavours are preserved.

FINISH: Delicious and well-rounded mingling of peat and tannins.
